Civitas pauses battle to faucet oil and gasoline below Boulder County open area, as battle looms for land close to Aurora Reservoir

After a five-year authorized battle, Civitas Assets has indefinitely paused its plans to acquire mineral leases and drill as much as 32 wells on a conservation easement owned by Boulder County.
